Cancel

Cancellation and late fee Policy

cancellations are excepted at least 24 hours before your  schedule appointment (no fee). If you do not cancel with in the 24 hours time frame there will be a fee of $25 which is also the no call/no show fee that will be paid to your stylist . Also if you are 10 minutes late there will be a fee of $15 ,no matter if you are 1 minute late or 10 minutes late there is no guarantee that you will be serviced it is completely up to the stylist.
